My family and I dined at Prime 88 Steakhouse on Christmas Eve, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and excited for the evening ahead. We had a reservation and were seated right away, which was a great start to our holiday meal. Our waitress, Kallyn, was exceptional! She was incredibly sweet and attentive, making fantastic recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. It was clear she genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We indulged in a wide array of appetizers, steaks, drinks, and sides, and I can confidently say everything was phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, making this one of the best holiday meals I've ever had. However, it's worth noting that the meal was definitely on the pricier side. For six people, it came to around $850 after tip. Keep this in mind if you plan dining here! Overall, our experience at Prime 88 Steakhouse was perfect. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a special meal with family or friends. We can't wait to return!

Great atmosphere and a wonderful team of servers and staff. They are friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and are focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience. We came with a larger party and, considering how hard it can be to keep 20+ diners happy, they did a fantastic job on both service and food. The steak is incredibly high quality. I've heard a rumor they buy from a dedicated ranch out West. The only flaw I can point to (granted, it's a sample size of one) is that our party had pretty consistent undercook on the orders. A few folks had to send back for further cook (there's a big difference between rare and medium).

Starting off with service: AMAZING. The staff is incredible and friendly. I believe it was Devonte that was our waiter. The mans deserves all the raises. He was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and just all around an amazing human. I cannot praise this man enough. My parents were visiting from Hawaii and could not rave enough about how great his service was. The restaurant itself is so amazing. It's clean, classy and just has amazing vibes. There was a man there (I didn't get his name) but he had an electric violin and he is so talented. Props to that guy. The food was BEYOND my expectations. I was already expecting this place to have some decent steaks, but man... they took it to the next level. I had the "Big Ass Tomahawk" and I swear it was like it just melted in my mouth. There's so much to say about this place, but I think the staff just sealed the deal for it all together. Amazing AMAZING job. If anyone is looking for an epic dining experience, this is the place to go.

Loved this restaurant! We were celebrating my birthday with friends. What a treat. From the atmosphere, the food, the server, the manager. The entire experience was top notch and beyond what we imagined It would be. Keven, our server, was very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and treated us like royalty. He pampered us and made us laugh. The food was delicious, I had a filet and it was so tender, tasty and perfect. My friends had the Land and Sea and Ribeye and grouper....all raved about their meals. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a great place to go with great service and great food! Thank you, Keven, for making this such an enjoyable evening.

Great restaurant in an unexpected location. What a beautifully designed and decorated steakhouse this was. It's got several spaces including a "semi-outdoor"area and bar (think Florida room). Food was quick and very good. Steak cooked perfectly. Service was prompt and the servers were knowledgeable about the food but not too snooty to enjoy joking with us.

This steakhouse is a great place if your looking to spend some money on high end beef and other cuts of premium red meat like the Elk steak I throughly enjoyed on my second visit to Prime 88 The first visit was also excellent with a perfectly medium rare cooked Chateaubriand for two...possibly the best you will find in Citrus County Service was exceptional on both occasions The atmosphere is definitely the upper end steak house vibe with open wine closets as the focal point in the melon room Check it out, you won't be disappointed

Warmly greeted at the door and seated promptly. We had a reservation. Henry was our server and was absolutely a gem! We started out with Fried Green Tomatoes they came out quickly and they were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection...they served warm Bread and Butter as well...ordered a Ribeye with Mushrooms and Mac & Cheese also Argentine Shrimp...the food arrived and everything was served hot and fresh and it was one of the best meals we have had out in a long time.Dessert...oh my goodness..Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake...truly incredible !!!Everything was perfect , the food and the service! We have been to many high end Steakhouses in Tampa and Orlando and all over and this meal was perfect! I cannot say one negative thing..so glad you are here to serve the locals...it is a nice comfortable atmosphere as well....

This was my second time visiting as I live out of town but always try to make it here when I come to visit. We had a party of four and sat on the patio this time. There was live music while amped up the ambiance. Not too loud but definitely made it really nice. Henry waited on us and his service was stellar. Was able to talk to all the specials that evening and checked on us throughout the night. Food was perfectly done. No surprise there. Our steaks all done to perfect temp. The sides are a bit small to share ( might work for 2 diners) but most other steakhouses have portions for 3-4. Seemed smaller than I recall from last visit. That was my only minor issue. We ended up getting dessert to go and that chocolate cake might make me walk back to the restaurant from Atlanta. Omg -delicious!! Overall, a fantastic meal!

This place is an amazing gem for the Brooksville area for upscale dining. Yes, it is pricey, but you're paying for the food and you're paying for the service. I have never had a bad meal here and I am longing to go back My husband and I have been here many times, and we intend to make this our go to place for upscale dining. He always orders steak and it's perfectly cooked, but I am more of a seafood gal, go figure. We like to split the lettuce wedge,it is just perfect for the two of us. I am the only one who likes escargot, so I never have to share! There's always a go box so that I can enjoy their delicious food at home. Don't forget to ask for bread because they don't always bring it out automatically. They listen to their customers and if there is something they can do to accommodate your order, they will certainly do it. My sister and I shared a chicken dish and they brought it out on two separate plates, would you would expect in this type of restaurant however, we weren't counting on it. It's definitely a go to trip place, but for the price I couldn't afford to go every night, but I wish I could.
